At Health Dimensions Clinical Pharmacy (HDRX), we are committed to providing innovative and personalized medications to meet the unique needs of each patient.

In the realm of urology, we understand the sensitivity and importance of addressing impotence and other men’s health issues with utmost care and precision. Our experienced pharmacists are skilled in compounding a variety of sterile and non-sterile medications, including Bi-Mix, Tri-Mix, Quad-Mix, Testosterone, , and Sildenafil (Viagra® alternative), to assist in managing and overcoming these challenges.

Impotence Injections

Sterile compounds for impotence or erectile dysfunction (ED) can significantly impact a man’s quality of life. In many instances, oral medications that are commercially made do not work. Men look for alternatives and many have found injectable ED medications to be their saving grace.

Our pharmacy offers a range of compounded sterile injectables, including Bi-Mix, Tri-Mix, and Quad-Mix, which are tailored to individual patient needs. These injectables are formulated with a combination of vasodilators that work synergistically to promote blood flow and achieve an erection.

    • Bi-Mix: A combination of two vasodilating agents, typically Papaverine and Phentolamine.
    • Tri-Mix: Includes three active ingredients, adding Prostaglandin E1 to the Bi-Mix formulation.
    • Quad-Mix: A more potent option, adding a fourth agent for patients who may need a stronger formulation.

Prescribers: Interested in prescribing Bi-Mix, Tri-Mix, or  Quad-Mix?

Please provide your information, and we will send you an easy to fill Rx Order Form for these medications. We make it easy for Michigan practitioners to prescribe compounded medications for patients.

Our sterile compounding practices ensure that each injectable is prepared in a contaminant-free environment, ensuring safety and efficacy for our patients.

What is sterile compounding? For a number of medications, it is critical that they be provided to the patient in a sterile fashion, to make sure that bacteria do not enter the body along with the important medicine.
